Concept:
I think the most interesting but difficult part is second topic-
bending concrete under ultimate limit state. You really need to
understand the concepts well. Attempting the tutorial questions
would be helpful. The following chapters are much easier to follow.
The last chapter-prestressed concrete is very similar to 2 nd chapter.
The design project: it will use the knowledge in second part. It is to
design slab, beam, column, and footing. It would be helpful if you
look through all parts of the design.
